  • We aim to dispatch your order on the same day before 12:00 pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday.

    However, this is not always possible during busy periods; in such cases, your order will be dispatched within 3 days from the time it is placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will include carrier and tracking information for your parcel. Please note that during sales, dispatch times may take longer.

    For next day Saturday Deliver in the Uk please place orders by 12pm Friday using the Royal mail Tracked 24 service.

  • Orders are shipped with UPS, DHL Express Or Royal Mail. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the UPS, DHL or Royal Mail tracking number by email.

  • When multiple orders are placed they are sent separately. However within a brief period, and with the same shipping information, our warehouse team can try and send your order together and refund the extra shipping fee.

  • We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

  • We send all orders to the EU DDP ( delivery duty paid)

    However on occasion custom authorities choose to ignore this and send the customs bill to the customer and not us.

    If you are sent a customs bill please contact us immediately and we'll pay the bill for you . 

    Or please pay the bill and we will give you a refund.

    This is the quickest way to release the package and ensure the package is not returned to us.

  • The products and sizes displayed on our web store usually reflects what we currently have in stock.

    However, on occasion we move items from our archive to the website for sale.

    If you have your eye on a specific item, Please go to the product detail page of the item your are interested in and sign up by email to be notified if/when the item is restocked.

  • All artworks are hand painted by Stevie & Alexandra Anderson.

    Our Shirts, Shorts, Trousers, T-shirts & Scarfs are made in Bali, Indonesia.

    Our Coats & Jackets are woven in Holland and tailored in London.

    All Blankets are woven in the USA, & Art Tapestries are woven in Holland.

  • Please consider washing less frequently - Silk has natural antibacterial properties and you can wear it several times and air it after use instead of washing.

    When you are ready to wash the shirt, please hand wash in cold water with a PH neutral soap .

    Pace the shirt in clean cold water with some PH natural soap and gently swirl / agitate it for a few minutes (Please do not ring the shirt out as you may damage the threads. )

    Wash any remaining soap off with fresh cold water. To remove excess water please roll the shirt in a clean towel .

    Air dry the shirt on a hanger or laid on a flat surface.

    Steam iron / steam the shirt on a low setting - if you steam or iron under a pillow case that should be a little kinder on the shirt also.

    Dry cleaning is an option - but this is not great for the environment .

ORDERS

  • The processing of your order starts as soon as your order is placed and there is a limited timeframe for us to cancel or amend it. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays, sales and new releases, this may prevent the chance of changing your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible.

  • As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder.

  • Please visit the Shipping & Returns Page for further information regarding delivery and when your order is expected to be received.

  • Please note that it can take our shipping providers DHL & Royal Mail up-to 24 hours to update the tracking link. If your link is not updated within 24 hours, please reach out to Customer Support.

RETURNS

  • During 30 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.

  • Please reach out to Customer Support here to register a return before sending your package.

  • We do not currently provide a return label. Endless Joy is not responsible for shipping or import costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.

    Kindly be aware it is the customers responsibility (International & UK) to cover all costs relating to a return.this includes any customs duties & taxes, (where applicable).

    Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN GOODS on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods from your digital invoice. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.

    We advise that you send your shipment with a tracked service and keep a record of the tracking number.

  • Unfortunately are we unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item a new order must be placed.

  • Please note returns can take up to 7 business days to process from arrival of your package to our warehouse; during busy periods this timeline can be longer.

    However, we do endeavour to process all returned items as quickly as possible.

  • In the rare case of a product defect, or that you have received the wrong item please reach out to Customer Support here & you will receive a response as quickly as possible.
