What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out?
We currently offer free global delivery For all orders over £200 , this offer is Automatically applied at checkout
We aim to dispatch you order the same day before 12:00 pm GMT Monday to Friday. However this is not always posible at busy periods where your order will be dispatched within 3 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take longer.

Will i have taxes and duties to pay ?
All orders to the UK, EU, USA, & Australia are inclusive of taxes & duties, with nothing further to pay.

Endless Joy ships to most locations worldwide.
How can I track my shipment?
Orders will be shipped with DHL Express Or Royal Mail. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL or Royal Mail tracking number by email.
I placed multiple orders, will they be shipped together?
When multiple orders are placed they are sent separately . However within a brief period, and with the same shipping information our warehouse team can try and send this together and refund the extra shipping fee. If you wish to have your orders sent together, please reach out to lexi@endlessjoy.co.uk after you placed your orders.
Can you mark my item as a gift ?
We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

What are your accepted payment methods?
Endless Joy accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal which are 100% secured through our payment providers STRIPE & PAYPAL.
Please note all prices are stated in GBP. Any currency conversations’s are provided as an approximation only. All final transactions are in conducted £ GBP.

The products and sizes displayed on our web store usually reflects what we currently have in stock.
However on occasion we move items from our archive to the website for sale. Please sign up by email to be notified on the product detail page of the item your are interested in.

Where are your Art garments made?
All artworks are hand painted by Stevie & Alexandra Anderson .
Our Shirts, Shorts, Trousers , T-shirts & Scarfs are made in Bali Indonesia.
Our Coats & Jackets are woven in Holland and tailored in London.
All Blankets are woven in the USA, & Art Tapestries are woven in Holland.

ORDERS
Can I make any changes to my order?
The processing of your order starts as soon as your order is place and there is a limited timeframe for us to cancel or amend it. Please not that during busy periods such as holidays, sale and new releases may prevent changing your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible on lexi@endlessjoy.co.uk
I did not receive my order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder.
When do I receive my order?

What is Endless joys return policy?
During 30 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.
How do I register my return?

Do you provide a return label for my order?
We do not currently provide a return label. Endless joy is not responsible for shipping or import costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.
How do i send my order back for a refund?

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN GOODS on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods from your digital invoice. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.

Can I exchange items on my received order?
Unfortunately are we unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note returns can take up to 7 business days to process from arrival of your package to our warehouse. During busy periods this timeline can be longer.
However, we do endeavour to process all returned items as quickly as possible.
My product has a defect or i have received the wrong item .
In the rare case of a product defect, or that you have received the wrong item , please reach out to lexi@endlessjoy.co.uk & you will receive a response as quickly as possible.
